Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Mile High Station. We will have a cocktail hour in between to keep you busy!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Indoors

Are my kids invited?

We love your kids but this will be an adult only event. We kindly as for you to make arrangements for your little ones.

What is the parking situation?

Mile High Station has a limited number of parking spots available. You are welcome to drive but we recommend using Lyft/Uber so you can party responsibly.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?

The bridal party will take photos near by while guests enjoy cocktails, hors-d'oeuvres, and the photo booth!

What time is the reception over?

We have to be out of the venue by 10 pm. Last call for booze will be 9:30 pm. 

Where are you registered?

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, and Target. We also have a cash fund for our honeymoon. We have made things easy by combining everything into one website that you can find under our registry tab or copying the link below into your browser:

Can I bring a date?

We're so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. If your invitation says  "and guest", then yes. If it doesn't, we ask that it is just you. 

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal/cocktail attire.  Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. 

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

We have group blocks at two hotels with discounted rates. We also have several other hotel suggestions if you want to explore Denver. Please visit the 'travel' tab for more information.  

Is there a hotel shuttle?

If you have reserved a room at Springhill Suites by Marriott, they do offer a courtesy shuttle. They can be reached by calling the front desk when you are ready to leave: (303) 705-7300.

What will the weather be like?

If you have ever lived in Colorado, you know that it can be 70 degrees one day and snowing the next. October is a beautiful fall month with dry and sunny weather. The days tend to be warm (60's to 70's) but nights cool down quickly

When should I RSVP?

Please let us know your RSVP either way by September 12. Your reception RSVP may be mailed using the envelope provided. You may RSVP to brunch using our website or letting us know via email. 

Will food and drinks be served?

Hors-d'oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner, and late night tacos. You won't go hungry!

What is for dinner?

You will have a choice between chicken and bison with lots of carbs on the side. Please let us known any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. 

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any special dietary needs.

Do I need to bring money?

Nope! Mama O'Keeffe has graciously provided us with an open bar. With that in mind have a good time but please drink responsibly.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Yes! We would love to spend more time with you. We are hosting a brunch Sunday 10/4 at Max Gill and Grill. Max's is owned by two of our very good friends. Please RSVP via the events tab. 

Who is invited to brunch?

Everyone! But please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
